CountWidget - Simple Events

Summary: Use the app responsibly. One-time purchase, no subscriptions, no hidden fees. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CountWidget, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
CountWidget grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Free and Premium Features
CountWidget offers:
- Free: Unlimited events in the main app
- Premium ($4.99 one-time): All widget types unlocked
The premium purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase:
- You agree to Apple's terms and payment processing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- The purchase is final upon confirmation
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the in-app purchase mechanism
Disclaimer of Warranties
CountWidget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed events or reminders.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
