Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Step Counter: Unfiltered, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Step Counter: Unfiltered offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

Subscriptions: Available on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 3 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription plan.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We cannot process refunds directly. If you are unsatisfied or made a purchase by mistake, please request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's operation or the accuracy of the step counting data. The app is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a medical device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
